The PWGSC Vancouver office provides procurement services to the

Requirement

Statistic Canada has a requirement for Original Equipment
Manufacturer (OEM) toner cartridges detailed in Annex A -
Requirement.  The cost of goods must include shipping charges
and custom duties, GST/HST extra if applicable.

Evaluation Methodology
Bidders must comply with all of the requirements of the bid to
be declared responsive.  The responsive bid with the lowest
total evaluated cost will be recommended for award of the
contract.

Security
There is no security requirement associated with this
requirement.

Trade Agreements
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Agreement on Internal
Trade (AIT), Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA),
Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement(CPFTA) and the Canada-Colombia
Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
