    Requirement: GNSS Base / Rover Package for Real Time Kinematic (RTK) surveying
    
    The Geological Survey of Canada (GSC) - Natural Resources Canada in Vancouver, BC has a requirement for the supply and deliver of GNSS Base/Rover Package for Real Time Kinematic (RTK) surveying and must meet all the mandatory requirements as specified in Annex A.
    
    Mandatory Technical Criteria:
    
    The system must meet all of the following mandatory technical evaluation criteria:
    
    - It must have the ability to track 200 or more Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) channels.
    - It must be capable of receiving L1/L2/L5 GNSS signals.
    - It must be able to track and make use of every combination of 5 GNSS constellations: GPS, GLONASS, QZSS, Beidou, and Galileo.
    - The system must have a UHF radio link between receivers with a range greater than 20 km.
    - It must have the capability to take (while in RTK mode) positional measurements with a horizontal accuracy finer than 5 cm.
    - The system must be able to notify the surveyor through a cellular connection via a SMS message or an e-mail if the base receiver has detected any movement (wildlife and cattle are frequently in our survey areas).
    - The system must to be capable of running for 10 or more continuous hours (hot swappable batteries are appropriate/acceptable).
    - The base receiver must be capable of simultaneous transmission to at least two different rover receivers.
    - The data collectors must run Windows 10.
    - The receivers must be Spectra SP80 and include two years warranty.
    - The rover component of the system must weigh less than 1.5 kg.
    - he entire system must be capable of operating outdoors in temperatures between -20ºC to +45ºC and during precipitation.
    - The receivers must have 1GB or greater internal memory.
    - The receivers must be compatible with Trimble Access and Survey Pro.
     
    The initial order must be delivered on or before March 31, 2020.
    
    There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.
    
    This procurement is subject to he North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
