The Creative Services Group of Foreign Affairs, Trade and
Development (DFATD-Development) located in Gatineau, QC at 200
Promenade du Portage has a requirement for the 60 month lease of
one (1) colour production printer plus an optional (2) two -
(12) twelve month extensions. This requirement is for the lease,
delivery, and installation of the equipment and all required
training. 

Lease must include the provision of all preventive and remedial
service and the provision of all imaging consumables, as well as
the removal of the equipment at the end of the lease period. The
hard disk drive must be removed at the end of the lease, and
will remain the property of DFATD. The colour production printer
must be configured as described in Annex A - Statement of Work.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

procurement.
