Immigration and Refugee Board (Central Region) located in
Toronto, Ontario has a requirement for the 60 month lease of one
(1) monochrome production printer plus two (2) optional  twelve
(12) month extensions. 

The printer must be compatible with a 20 amp circuit. 

This requirement is for the lease, delivery, and installation of
the equipment as well as any training that would be necessary to
allow users to access all of the required features of the
equipment.

Lease term will include the provision of all preventative and
remedial service and the provision of all imaging consumables,
as well as the removal of the equipment at the end of the lease
period.
  
The leased printer including accessories must be installed and
configured within 21 days of contract award.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
