Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has a requirement for ID Secure printers on an as and when requested basis.  The purpose of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to establish a Standing Offer (SO) for delivery of goods to multiple destinations across Canada which are identified in annex “E” over an initial period of two years from SO Award with an option to extend for one additional year.
The estimated usage is 53 Single Sided units for the first year and 20-25 Single or Double sided units per year for all following years on an as and when requested basis.
It is anticipated that one Standing Offer will be issued as a result of this Request for Standing Offer.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Bilateral Free Trade Agreements with Canada-Chile, Canada-Columbia, Canada-Honduras, Canada-Korea, Canada-Panama, Canada-Peru and Canada-Ukraine.

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Pacific Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 

Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Bids will not be accepted if emailed directly to this email address.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.
