Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) requires the collection and transportation of prohibited agricultural goods and seized and abandoned CBSA goods on a regular and “as and when requested” basis to the Metro Vancouver Waste-to-Energy Facility in Burnaby, British Columbia, for disposal by incineration. Services are required throughout the Metro Vancouver Regional District and the Fraser Valley Regional District. The requirement is for two (2) 2-year Regional Individual Standing Offers with an irrevocable option to extend for 2 additional 1-year option periods.

The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2022.
