Requirement

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for surveillance audio accessories to be used with several types of portable two way radios. These surveillance kits must utilize wireless push to talk, and wireless earpieces which are immune to electrical interference.

The surveillance kit must consist of thefollowing major components:
1. Surveillance Wire Assembly
2. Wireless earpiece.
3. Wireless Push to Talk (WPTT)

All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2017. 

The requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). This requirement falls under FSC58 covering Mobile Radio Transceivers to which the World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP) (see Appendix I - General Notes 1c)) and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) - (see Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b General Notes 1c)) do not apply.
