Line 1, WCTC Bus Charters

REQUIREMENT: To supply and deliver 46-48 passenger school buses with driver to the Department of National Defence, Whitehorse, YT in support of the Whitehorse Training Centre Cadet Camp. Further specifications and information are contained in the solicitation package.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT: The period of the Contract is for a TWO/02 year period from Contract award. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to 01 additional 01 year period.

DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process.  Bidders shouldmake the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.  The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
