Request for Standing Offer for the provision of all labour,
supervision, material, equipment and transportation required for
the cleaning of carpets and upholstery on board HMCS Ships at
the Department of National Defence, CFB Esquimalt, Victoria,
B.C. on an as and when requested basis for a three-year period
from date of award.  

Must provide proof of current certification with the Institute
of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration    http://www.iicrc.org

After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers
process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer
Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of
the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be
in writing, by telephone or in person.
