Department of National Defence - CFAD Rocky Point has the requirement to purchase a hydraulic shear to mutilate and cut large ammunition containers and practice ammunition earmarked for disposal. Supply and delivery of the hydraulic shear to CFAD Rocky Point.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid.
