Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: If 2+ bids offer Canadian goods/services other bids will not be considered Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: MULTI-MODE TACTICAL RADIO SYSTEM F1701-200062/B Locke, Kelsey Telephone No: (250)-507-2482 REQUIREMENT: The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) has a requirement for one (1) Multi Mode Radio Systems, with the option to purchase an additional three (3) systems. It is MANDATORY that all deliverables for the firm requirement are received on or before March 31, 2022. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid. DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Pacific Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level. Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.
