REQUIREMENT: The Contractor is responsible for provision of all
labour, supervision, material, equipment and transportation
required for JANITORIAL & LANDSCAPING SERVICES as scheduled or
on an "as and when requested" basis for the Paterson Border
Crossing in Rossland, BC.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT:  approximately March 1,2015 to February 28,
2017with the option to renew for 3 x 1-year periods

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  It is recommended that the Bidder or a
representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements
have been made for the site visit to be held on October 21,
2014. The site visit will begin at 10:00 am, at Paterson Border
Crossing #10, Hwy 22, Rossland BC, V0G 1Y0.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
Authority to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the
person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an
attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a
representative will not be given an alternative appointment but
they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any
clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from
the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid
solicitation.

THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT
This notice is to advise ALL interested bidders that in order to
be awarded a contract which contains a security requirement, all
bidders MUST hold a valid Security Clearance granted or approved
by PWGSC Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD) at the
level indicated in this solicitation document.

Should the bidder not currently hold a valid Security Clearance
or require the level to be upgraded, PWGSC will sponsor the
bidder.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
