    The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a
    Built-in-Breathing System (BIBS) compressor and filtration
    system to be supplied in a self contained towable trailer, to be
    utilized in a marine ship repair environment.  The compressor
    system must be supplied and installed in a self-contained
    towable trailer. The Contractor must provide on-site training on
    the operation, maintenance, and service of the equipment after
    delivery and final installation / assembly. 
    
    All the deliverables must be received on or before March 28,
    2013.

    Bidders must submit with their bid, by the bid solicitation
    closing date:
    (a) 	a complete list of names of all individuals who are
    currently directors of the Bidder;
    (b)	a properly completed and signed form Consent to a Criminal
    Record Verification 	(PWGSC-TPSGC 229)

    list.

    After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
    results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the
    request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of
    receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The
