This amendment is raised to provide answers to bidder enquiries
as per attached.

Parachute operations support in the provision of a chartered
aircraft resource with crew.

The Department of National Defence - Canadian Forces School of
Search and Rescue (CFSSAR) requires parachute operations support
in the provision of a chartered aircraft resource with crew to
conduct domestic parachute training programs in British Columbia
and Alberta for a one (1) year period from contract award.  

Immediate Operational Requirement:
Bidders acknowledge that there is an immediate operational
requirement for services to be performed during the period
starting April 29, 2014, and by submission of a bid certify that
they will have availability of resources to conduct the work.

Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2003 and 2004.

For services requirements, Bidders in receipt of a pension or a
lump sum payment must provide the required information as
detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation.

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.
