Request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer, on behalf of
the Department of National Defence, CFB Esquimalt, Victoria, BC,
to provide service required for Repairs & Provision of Parts
including Annual Inspections and Preventative Maintenance on an
as and when requested basis for various types of kitchen
equipment at various locations.  An equipment list is available
by contacting the standing offer authority listed under Part 7;
5.1:  Standing Offer Authority.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement, and the
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement
of the Standing Offer.  The Contractor/Offeror must, at all
times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer,
hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by
the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public
Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). 
Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive work
site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or
approved by CISD/PWGSC.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid
solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the
Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the
results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be
in writing, by telephone or in person.
