Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: EZ425-151176/A Fletcher (VIC), Erin Telephone No. - (250) 363-3612 ( ) Fax No. - (250) 363-3344 JANITORIAL SERVICES - PORT HARDY AIRPORT REQUIREMENT: The Contractor is responsible for provision of all labour, supervision, material, equipment and transportation required for JANITORIAL SERVICES as scheduled and on an "as and when requested" basis for the Port Hardy Airport, Port Hardy, B.C. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: The period of the Contract is for a ONE/01 year period from the date of Contractaward with the option to extend for THREE/03 additional ONE/01 year periods. TRADE AGREEMENTS: The requirement is subject to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. MANDATORY SITE VISIT: It is MANDATORY that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a site visit to be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2016. The site visit will begin at 10:00 a.m., at the Port Hardy Airport, 3675 Byng Rd., Port Hardy British Columbia. Bidders are requested to communicate, IN WRITING, with the Contracting Authority no later than THREE/03 calendar days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the full names of the (maximum of) TWO/02 person(s) who will attend. This is to meet security and transportation requirements. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Bidders should confirm in their bids that they have attended the sitevisit. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected as non-compliant. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Further specifications and information are contained in the solicitation package. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
