    REQUIREMENT: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for a high density mobile shelving system for legal sized documents on two floors at 800 Burrard Street in Vancouver. For security purposes, the Contractor will be required to supply the full names and date of birth of the installation technicians (including potential substitutes) to PSPC seven (7) days prior to start date on site of the 11th floor.

    DELIVERY DATE: While delivery is requested within eight (8) weeks from contract award, all the deliverables must be received by 31 March 2021. Bidders are asked to provide best delivery date in weeks from date of award.
    
    TRADE AGREEMENTS: This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Other trade agreements apply, including Canada-Chile, Canada-Colombia, Canada-Honduras, Canada-Korea, Canada-Panama and Canada-Peru also apply.
    
    DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
    
    
    There is no security requirement associated with this requirement.
