Amendment 003 to this solictation publishes bidder questions and Canada's responses. Amendment 002 to this solictation publishes bidder questions and Canada's responses. Amendment 001 to this solicitation modifies the dates of deliverables in this NPP, the RFP, Annex A, Annex B and Annex E and modifies the closing date of the solicitation. The Department of National Defence (DND) Naval Training Development Centre has a requirement to gather, store and report training metrics from student training assessments on and the Navigation and Bridge Simulator (NABS) used for training of Naval Warfare Officers (NWO). The Contractor selected to deliver the NABS Metrics system, herein after referred to as the system, must fully deliver and make the system available to support DND instructors in in-situ student training assessments at CFB Esquimalt, BC on or before 31 August 2021. The Contractor must deliver their proposed system which must include a database application to receive, store, analyze and report student training assessment data collected through a mobile portal application implemented and functioning as a standalone network, all hardware and software components, up to 5 years of technical support and training. A Request for Information W010-208387/A was published on May 15, 2019. Four (4) responses were received and where applicable supplier feedback has been considered.
