Solicitation Amendment 002
This amendment is to change the solicitation closing date to March 29, 2022.
Solicitation Amendment 001
This amendment was to change the solicitation closing time from Pacific Daylight Time to Pacific Standard Time and to change the region of delivery to Canada-wide. 

The Department of National Defence (DND), Transport Canada (TC), Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) and other Government of Canada (GoC) partners across Canada have a requirement to establish Supply Arrangements for acoustic data analysis.

The resultant work will provide data to recommend the reduction of vessel noise to reduce the impact of anthropogenic ocean noise on marine mammals and those that are endangered in particular. Endangered marine mammals in Canada include the southern resident killer whale (SRKW), the St. Lawrence estuary beluga (SLEB) and the North Atlantic right whale (NARW).
   
Offerors must provide the specialty work, deliverables and tasks included in at least one of the following five (5) Work Categories:
a) Underwater Acoustic Data Analysis
b) Underwater Acoustic Modelling
c) Underwater Acoustic Impact Analysis
d) Acoustic Systems Development, Analysis and Testing
e) Trial Support

On-going Opportunity for Qualification:
A Notice will be posted for the duration of the arrangement on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) to allow new Suppliers to become qualified. Existing qualified Suppliers, who have been issued a supply arrangement, will not be required to submit a new arrangement.
