Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the supply, delivery of one (1) Skid Steer Loader as per the detailed mandatory specifications attached herein. The Loader must be new and of the current production model. Skid Steer will be used to perform a variety of tasks, such as excavation, grading, demolition, debris/snow removal, loading/unloading trucks, overhead work, and lifting.  It includes the ability for universal interchange of labour-saving tools and attachments. It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder view the trade-in. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 625 River Rd, St Andrews Lock & Dam, Lockport, MB on January 14, 2019. The site visit will begin at 1:00pm (CST), in Main Office Building on the West side. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than January 11, 2019 by 2:00pm (CST) to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Must be able to perform these tasks within Manitoba weather conditions. The Skid Steer Loader must be delivered to the following address on or before March 22, 2019:
