Parks Canada has a requirement for the supply, deliver, and offloading of one (1) new model Compact Mini Excavator to Elk Island National Park, Alberta. This machine will primarily be used by trails crew for the construction and refurbishment of hiking trails in both the front country and back country. Elk Island National Park has recently approved a new trail plan that will enhance existing trail networks, created new trail routes and reclaim trails removed from the trail network. A compact excavator will be required to gain access down hiking trails to complete this planned work. The Mini Excavator must come with onsite operational training on or before March 29th, 2019 for a group of 3-4 people. The Mini Excavator must be delivered to the following address on or before March 25, 2019:
