Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the inspection, repair, overhaul, modification and/or reduction to spares of  Hamilton Sundstrand 14SF-7 Propellers, components and associated equipment, as required by the Department of National Defence - 402 Squadron located at 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba.R3J 3Y5

The period of the standing offer will be for a three (3) year period with an option to extend for an additional two (2) - one (1) year option periods.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and services.

This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
