Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: If 2+ bids offer Canadian goods/services other bids will not be considered Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Repair and Overhaul of CT142 Dash-8 Aircraft Specialized Avionics W7006-19RO28/A Maki, Christie Telephone No. - (204) 891-6126 Fax No. - (204) 983-7796 christie.maki@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements of the Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), 402 Squadron located at 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba, to establish a standing offer for second-line maintenance of specialized avionics components and related Technical Investigation and Engineering Support (TIES) services in support of the CT142 Dash 8 fleet. The work to be conducted under this SOW includes the following: a. Inspection, repair, overhaul, modification, and/or reduction to spares of the CT142 Dash 8 aircraft specialized avionics components at the Offeror’s facility or by Mobile Repair Party (MRP), on an as-and-when requested basis; and b. Technical Investigation and Engineering Support (TIES) services in support of the CT142 Dash 8 aircraft avionics equipment, on an as-and-when requested basis. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and services. This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method. The period of the standing offer will be for a three (3) year period with an option to extend for an additional two (2) - one (1) year option periods. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
