The Department of National Defence (DND), Shilo Manitoba, has a requirement
for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the rental of Highway Cruisers/Motorcoaches with Operator and School Buses with Operator. 

The buses are required to transport authorized DND and CAF members to/from Canadian Forces Bases (CFB) Shilo to/from various locations across Canada, and the USA. 

The RFSO will allow for the possibility of awarding up to two (2) Standing Offers, as detailed herein. One for Highway Cruisers/Motorcoaches and one for School Buses.

The RISO will be in effect for one (1) year from date of issuance, with an Option to extend for two (2) additional one-year periods.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
