Pest Control Services

This is a request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer to
provide all labour, materials, equipment, tools, transportation
and supervision necessary to provide miscellaneous pest control
(does not include mosquito pest control) of an if required basis
for the Department of National Defence, North Site - 17 Wing and
Satellites in Winnipeg and Portage la Prairie, Manitoba.  The
Standing Offer period will be from date of authorization to 30
November 2017, with three (3) one-year option periods.  Work
shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work and
terms and conditions as specified in the solicitation document.  

The Offeror must, all all times during the performance of the
Standing Offer,  hold a valid Designated Organization Screening
(DOS), issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate
(CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

The Offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s)
must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted of approved
by CISD/PWGSC.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
