TITLE:	Gravel Trailer

Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) in Swift Current,
Saskatchewan has a requirement for the supply, delivery and
off-loading of one (1) new Tandem Axle Gravel Hauling Trailer as
per the mandatory minimum specifications detailed herein. The
Tandem Axle Gravel Hauling Trailer will be towed by an AAFC
owned Highway Tractor with fifth wheel hitch and will be used
for transporting various aggregate materials including gravel,
sand and soil.

The Trailer must be supplied completely assembled, serviced and
ready for immediate use.

The design and construction of the Tandem Axle Gravel Hauling
Trailer must comply with the Motor Vehicle Safety Act (Canada)
and the regulations under that Act.

A complete list of the mandatory performance specifications are
detailed in solicitation document.

Delivery on or before March 31, 2015.

FOB destination: Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada, Water
Infastructure Division (01W45), Swift Current Saskatchewan,
Canada.

TRADE AGREEMENTS
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
