Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) has a requirement for
the supply, delivery and installation of a rotary retort for
Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Lethbridge, Alberta with a
mandatory supply and delivery of the retort on or before March
31, 2016.  Installation and training to include all materials,
supplies, equipment, training and commissioning necessary to
install the rotary retort desired by March 31, 2016 or  July 29,
2016 with a mandatory completion on or before September 30,
2016. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
