A Task Authorization Contract is required to supply all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide service and maintenance of breathable air
Compressors in accordance with Annex A, and other related equipment for the Department of National Defense, in accordance with manufacturers maintenance routine as indicated in operation manual and CSA-Z180.1-M85.

The period of the Contract is from Date of issuance to 30 April 2018 with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the contract for three additional consecutive one (1) year periods.  Work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work and terms and conditions specified herein.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Bilateral Trade Agreements and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
