The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for Emergency Breathing Systems (EBS) training and/or Underwater Egress training and/or Wet Dinghy training to prepare participants on mental and physical considerations for both deliberate and no-warning water entries. Participants will receive practical experience in ditching, both upright and inverted, in assigned crew positions and under simulated nighttime conditions; and ocean survival techniques and Aircrew Life Support Equipment (ALSE) use under conditions representative of a challenging ocean environment, in aircraft type-specific scenarios.

The period of the Contract is from 01 June 2018 to 31 May 2019 inclusive with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the Contract for an additional two (2) consecutive one (1) year periods under the same conditions.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
