The Department of National Defence (DND) 17 Wing Winnipeg requires the provision of ice time for a variety of hockey programs during the 2019-2020 hockey season. Ice rentals must start at the end of the long weekend in October and conclude at the end of March, minus a two-week break at Christmas. Ice time rentals will consist of approximately 16 hours of regularly-scheduled weekly programming, as well as two tournaments (one in late November and one in mid-February).

The requirement includes the option for ice rental in the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 seasons.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
