    The submission dates for Year 2, Period A-1 and Period B-1 have changed.
    
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Western Region, on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND), has a requirement for Regional Individual Standing Offers (RISO’s) for the supply, delivery and offloading of Miscellaneous Groceries on an as and when requested basis to 17 Wing Detachment Dundurn, located at Dundurn, SK, for the period of the Standing Offer.
    
    Suppliers should review the entire solicitation document as there are changes to it from previous versions.  Suppliers should also ensure they perform any required conversions, and provide all applicable information and complete any areas that are to be completed prior to submitting their offer.
    
    Solicitation closing times will remain at 2:00 PM CDT or CST, as applicable, for the first period and all rebid closings.
    
    The periods of the Standing Offers will be four, 6-month periods, from approximately:
    
    August 1, 2022 to January 31, 2023
    February 1, 2023 to July 31, 2023
    August 1, 2023 to January 31, 2024
    February 1, 2024 to July 31, 2024
    with applicable refresh and rebid periods as indicated in Annex A and Annex B of the solicitation document.
    
    There will be up to four Standing Offers issued for this requirement, one for each commodity.  Offerors may submit an offer for one, two, three, or all four commodities.

    The Offeror and any other interested suppliers will be able to bid on this requirement at a specified period as laid out in the Standing Offer and this bid solicitation.
    
    Offerors should submit the entire solicitation document as this is an open, competitive process, and the evaluation will be completed as it was in the first solicitation closing.
    
    The requirement will remain posted on Buy and Sell for the period of the Standing Offer which will be affected by the rebid periods.
    
    
    IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
    
    Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Western Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority. 
    
    Suppliers are strongly encouraged to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post Corporation’s (CPC) Connect service for the subject bid solicitation.  This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

    Faxed bids will be accepted at 1-418-566-6167, however Offerors must email their financial offer using the most current excel file attachment, (Annex B - Basis of Payment) to:
    TPSGC.ROPAequipedesoutien-WRAPSupportTeam.PWGSC@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca by the date and time indicated in Annex B, Schedule of Rebid and Refresh Dates.
    
    Hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.

    Anticipated migration to Regional Master Standing Offers (RMSO)
    
    If a RMSO is issued for any of the commodifies prior to the expiry date of the standing offer issued from this solicitation, this standing offer will be set aside to move to the Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) for all sites affected by the RMSO.
