Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada Lethbridge Research and Development Centre has a requirement to purchase a Model 4 Wiley Mill or equivalent. This requirement includes warranty in accordance with the specifications attached. The Wiley Mill is to be delivered to Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada at 5403 - 1 Avenue South in Lethbridge, Alberta no later than March 31, 2020. Delivery FOB, must be included in the bid price. 

Overview - This cutting mill is required to shear and cut larger coarse feed and animal materials (bone, hair, hooves) into smaller particles of homogenous size by passage through round-hole sieves of 0.5, 1, 2 and 4 mm. Ground samples of representative and homogenous particle size are required for reproducible laboratory analysis of nutrients and metabolites, and in vitro and in situ fermentation research in livestock.
