For the supply and delivery of one (1) Near Infrared Spectrometer in accordance with the Minimum Performance Specifications detailed herein to Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada in Brandon, Manitoba.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
