Soil & Water Measurement Equipment

The Department of Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) in Brandon, Manitoba has a requirement for the supply and delivery of various Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Soil and Water Measurement Equipment “or equivalent” products. While delivery is requested by June 30, 2018, the best delivery that could be offered is To Be Determined.

Delivery FOB Destination: Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) Brandon, Manitoba

The requirement is detailed under Article 6.2 of the resulting contract clauses.

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
