Line 1, Food - Meat, Poultry and Fish

A Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of Meat,Fish and Poultry, as required by Correctional Service of Canada, Stony Mountain Institution in Stony Mountain, Manitoba. The Standing Offer will be in effect from approximately November 1, 2016 to October 31, 2017 divided into four (4), three (3) month periods.

Note:  all offers must be submitted for each period, as per the schedule in Annex "B".  All prices submitted are to remain firm for the bid periods in Annex "B"

Up to three (3) standing offers could be issued for each period of the productlist in Annex "B" - Basis of Payment.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
