The Department of National Defence (DND), requires the provision
of accommodations and food services on various weekends from May
through October 2012 in Chestermere, Alberta.

The Contractor must have the capability to provide accomodation
quarters and snack and meal rations (breakfast, lunch, supper)
for approximately 46 cadets and 6 staff.

The period of the Contract is one (1) year from date of
Contract, with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend
the contract for an additional one (1) consecutive twelve (12)
month periods.


The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
