    Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Small Craft Harbors (SCH) is
    constructing a small craft harbor at Pangnirtung, Nunavut.  The
    small craft harbor at Pangnirtung will primarily support the
    local commercial fishery and protect lives of mariners, provide
    an improved facility to support annual community re-supply and
    local general transportation, and serve as a possible operating
    base for other federal marine based activities in the North. 
    Once constructed, Pangnirtung harbor will be the first SCH
    harbor in Nunavut. 
    
    SCH requires Contractor to provide fabricated float wharves,
    fully assembled for inspection, then partially disassembled and
    packaged to prevent damage to the material during shipping.  SCH
    will ship the disassembled  wharves in standard cargo containers
    to Pangnirtung, Nunavut on the annual sea-lift in early June. 
    SCH will be responsible for the reassembly of the float wharves
    on site with the hiring local contractors.
    
    MANDATORY DELIVERY DATE OF MARCH 28, 2014.
    
    There is no security requirement associated with this
    requirement.  
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
    American Free Trade Agreement and the
    Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT)
    
    This procurement is subject to the Nunavut Land Claims and
    self-Government Agreement:  Refer 	to SM 9.35.802.

    procurement.
