Task Authorization Contract is required for the provision of a
meteorological observing program
For Environment Canada (EC), at Inuvik, North West Territories.
The services to be provided will 
Include aerological and Supplementary programs.
The Contract will be for a three (3) year period from date of
contract award, estimated June 01, 2015, with provisions for two
(2) additional one (1) year option periods.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT). The requirement is subject to a preference
for Canadian services
This procurement is subject to the following Comprehensive  Land
Claims Agreement(s) (CLCAs): Land Claim Agreement:  The
Inuvialuit Final Agreement & the Gwich'in Land Claim Agreement.
