To provide all labour, material, transportation, tools,
supervision and equipment necessary for the repair and
maintenance of X-ray equipment in Health Canada's Northern
Nursing Stations within Manitoba an as and when requested basis.
The period of this Contract is for a one year period from date
of award (approx 01 October 2013) with Canada retaining the
irrevocable option to extend for an additional two (2) one (1)
year periods.

This procurement is set aside from the international trade
agreements under the provision each has for set-asides for small
and minority businesses.

Further to Article 1802 of the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT), AIT does not apply to this procurement

This procurement is set aside under the federal government's
Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business.

The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
