Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Centrifugal Chillers Maintenance W4M00-13C360/A Allard, Ken Telephone No. - (204) 983-4920 Fax No. - (204) 983-7796 The scope of the work comprises the Contractor to provide all labour, materials, tools, equipment and transportation required for chiller maintenance, including seasonal inspections, semi-annual cooling tower inspection, monthly maintenance and ongoiong service to maintanin operational functioning of the chillers. The contract will have scheduled services and services "as and when requested" by task authorizations issues by Canada in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. The Contractor must also provide emergency service on a 24 hour basis. Chiller service and maintenance is required by the Department of National Defence, CFB 17 Wing, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The period of the contract is two (2) years, approximately January 2015 to January 2017, with three (3) additional one (1) year perods. For more information on personnel and organization security screening or security clauses, bidders should refer to the Indusctrial Security Program (ISP) of Public Works and Government Services Canada http://ssi-iss.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/index-eng.html This requirement is subject the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Atrade AIT). The requirement is not subject tothe WAOrld Trade Organization on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP).
