National Research Council of Canada has a requirement for a Temperature 


Humidity Test Chamber for research and development aiming at improving cold and freezing tolerance in crops. The required system will provide controlled experimental conditions that simulate climatic environment, capable of modulating temperature to a deep freeze level at defined paces and fully equipped to maintaining humidity at an even and stable level across the chamber.

All the deliverables must be received on or before 31 March 2016.
