    The Department of National Defence - Canadian Armed Forces Search and Rescue Technician (SAR Tech) requires dive operations support for CAF led dive training, including the provision of a dive charter vessel.
    
    1.2 Background
    
    Senior Staff Officer Search and Rescue (SSO SAR), 1 Canadian Air Division is responsible for all SAR Tech operational currency and training, including dive training. All divers require CAF led ‘individual’ dive training. This SOW outlines the provision of the dive charter resource, and dive briefings to be conducted by the contractor.  The annual winter dive for 2017 will take place from January 21 to March 27 2017 and will be separated in 7 groups (or serials) (detailed below). The contractor must have the ability in the event of serviceability issues with the dive vessel, to provide a backup or replacement vessel to continue with the dive training.

    Serial 6- Mar 12-Mar 19 2017, and 
    Serial 7- Mar 20- Mar 27 2017
