NATURE OF REQUIREMENTS




Requirement 

The purpose of this contract is for the acquisition of the Hydraulic Training Platform Equipment for The Department of National Defence, Naval Training Development Centre (Pacific) at Canadian Forces Base, NADEN. The equipment will be used to train naval personnel in Hydraulic Systems operations which are similar to those on board Her Majesty’s Canadian Ship (HMCS).


Debriefings

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

Trade Agreements

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
