SUMMARY:

The Technical Statement of Requirement is as follows:

a. Carry out the design, construction, test, trial and delivery of One (1) 5 to 5.2 m Aluminum Jet Boat and trailer for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in accordance with the associated Technical Specifications detailed in the Technical Statement of Requirement as Annexe A. 


OPTIONAL GOODS:
 
 The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to acquire two (2) boats with trailers, described at Annex A of the Contract under the same conditions and at the prices and/or rates stated in the Contract. The option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority and will be evidenced, for administrative purposes only, through a contract amendment.

 The Contracting Authority may exercise the option within 12 months after delivery of first boat. 

DELIVERY:

Delivery of the boat is required on or before 31 Aug, 2019. 

TRADE AGREEMENTS:

The sourcing strategy related to this procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and exempt from NAFTA and WTO as per section 1001.b-1. and Appendix 1 Annex 1 respectively.
