1.1 Security Requirements
There is no security requirement associated with this bid solicitation.

1.2 Requirement
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans has a requirement for Twelve (12) ea. Mooring Lines as described in Annex A. The delivery of goods in full is required 18 December 2019.
 

1.3 Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

1.4  Trade Agreements
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). 
1.5 ePost Connect
This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation for bid submission.  Bidders must refer to Part 2 of the bid solicitation entitled Instructions to bidders for further information.
