Telephone No. - (250) 217-6555 Line 1, Electrical Connectors 1.1 Security Requirements There is no security requirement associated with this bid solicitation. 1.2 Requirement Fleet Maintenance Facility - Cape Breton (FMFCB) requires the parts listed in Annex A Statement of Requirement, for installation on board Halifax Class Frigates. It is essential that all equipment on the Frigates maintain conformity with previous vessels in class for training and standardization. The electronic suite is comprised of the items in Annex A. The delivery of goods in full is required 20 February 2020. 1.3 Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. 1.4 Trade Agreements The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). 1.5 ePost Connect This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation for bid submission. Bidders must refer to Part 2 of the bid solicitation entitled Instructions to bidders for further information. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
