    Requirement
    
    The Canandian Coast Guard has a requirement to upgrade twelve
    (12) existing Sperry Radar systems to full International
    Maritime Organization (IMO) compliance EDCIS ( Electronic
    Digital Charting Information System). 
    
    The following conponents are required:
