    TUG, BARGE & HEAVY EQUIPMENT CHARTERING SERVICES
      
    Summary
    The Canadian Coast Guard objective is to rebuild or refurbish fixed aids to navigation in Haida Gwaii, B.C. and requires Contractor to
     provide tug, barge and heavy equipment chartering services, and construction support. The maintenance/repair of the aids to navigation are essential to ensure safe and accessible waterways for Canadians.  The work to be done is referenced in the Statement of Work at Annex A of the solicitation.
    
    Work Period
    Approximately 42 days overall to be scheduled within the period 20 October to 28 November, 2017. 
    
    Detailed scheduling, to be completed within the above period, is given in the Work Schedule referenced at Annex A of the solicitation.
    
    Debriefings
    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation 
    process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
    
    Canadian Content
    The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services.
    
    Enquiry Period
    All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority 
    by e-mailing torrey.buchan2@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca no later than 4 calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

    It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda
