    The Canadian Coast Guard requires the services of a manned tug, barge, and crane service for on-site work near the British Columbian coast in Canada. 
    Locations include:
    - Prince Rupert;
    - Wall Islands;
    - Duckers Islands;
    - Dupont Island;
    - DupontIsland South;
    - Alexander Island;
    - Logan Rock;
    - Jacinto Islands;
    - Dougan Point;
    - Fernyhough Point;
    - Fawcett Point;
    - Ashdown Island;
    - Levy Point;
    - York Point;
    - Borde Point;
    - Peter Point;
    - Otter Passage;
    - Block Islands;
    - Hankin Rock;
    - Connis Islet; 
    - Bully Island;
    - Kitkatla Islands East; 
    - Kitkatla Islands West;
    - Stick Islet;
    - Moore Island;
    - Freeman Passage.
    
    The Work is scheduled to start on June 12, 2017 and be completed on July 19, 2017 (38 days). The actual start and end days of the work period will be determined by the Contracting Authority in consultation with the Technical Authority and coordinated with the Contractor. The first twenty days of the work period will almost certainly occur in their entirety.The services must be made available for up to an additional 10 days after the expected completion date (for a possible 48 days total). 
    
    This procurement is limited to Canadian services.

    Debriefings:
    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

    It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to the solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid.
