Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: The Commanding Officer (CO) of the 4th Canadian Ranger Patrol Group (4 CRPG) has a requirement for two sailing vessels (bareboat charter) meeting the requirements identified in the Solicitation for training and teambuilding exercises to be performed on the west coast of British Columbia during the period of June 15, 2017 at 08:00 am (Pacific Daylight Savings Time) to July 10, 2017 at 04:00 pm (Pacific Daylight Savings Time) inclusive. 4 CRPG must have the use of the vessels and the use of all outfit, equipment, and appliances on board the vessels during this period. The exercises will cover the waters between Metchosin, BC, Albert Head (military training area with dock south of Esquimalt Harbour), and Nanaimo, BC including the BC Gulf Islands. All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority by e-mailing gregor.wulff@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca no later than 7 calendar days before the bid closing date. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered. It is the responsibilityof the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid. Bidders intending to submit bids should obtain solicitation documents from the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS) at http://BuyAndSell.gc.ca. Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS. Bidders basing their submissions on solicitation documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Suppliers are required to have a Procurement Business Number (PBN) before contract award. This PWGSC office provides procurement services to thepublic in English. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.
